DİLEK FİDAN KAYSERİ - Erdil Group, which produces spare parts for armored, tracked and wheeled vehicles of Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), exports some of its parts to the USA and Egypt. Erdil Group Chairman Kadir Erdil spare parts sales in the automotive sector they entered into the production of parts by stating that '' for nearly 20 years in the inventory of the TSK armored, tracked and wheeled vehicles are producing spare parts. Our aim is to reduce the imports of some spare parts of the Turkish Armed Forces and contribute to the increase of domestic production, "he said.
Erdil Group, which also operates in the mining and construction sector, has been involved in spare parts trade and spare parts production since 1994. Mr. Erdil stated that they follow the latest technologies and equip the machine park with the latest models, he said:
'' Spare parts sales in the Kayseri Yeni Sanayi site in our sales shop in the production of parts in our facilities in Kayseri OIZ. R & D is important to increase our competitiveness by taking into account the demands of new products we are focusing on. At present, 2 thousand three-three kinds of spare parts are produced in our facilities. Each product passes through the filter of quality and controls contained in ISO 9001. In addition to the Turkish Armed Forces, a part of the spare parts produced in our company are exported to America and Egypt. To increase the product range in our target, to enter the country markets where armored and tracked vehicles are further increased. What makes it different, we can say that we are a radical company for addressing TSK requirements of spare parts that we produce.
Erdil Group manufactures spare parts on an area of 16 thousand square meters covered by 3,600 square meters in OSB. The group, which plans to increase its capacity by twenty percent this year, is also preparing to commission its new facility of 5,800 square meters it has established in OIZ.
