KAYSERİ - Erdil Group, which produces spare parts for armored, tracked and wheeled vehicles of Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), plans to increase capacity. Erdil Group Executive Board Chairman Kadir Erdil, who gave information that their products are exported to USA, Egypt, Spain, Malaysia and Africa, said: We aim to put into operation our new facility of 5 thousand 800 square meters in Kayseri OSB in 2018 ”.
Erdil explained that they have been carrying out their production since 1994 with spare parts trade and that they have made spare parts production in the facility which has a closed area of 3 thousand 600 square meters and a total area of 16 thousand square meters. Erdil said that they sold spare parts in the stores located in Kayseri Yeni Sanayi Sitesi and said, “We have been producing spare parts for armored, tracked and wheeled vehicles in the TAF inventory for nearly 20 years. Our aim is to contribute to the domestic production of some imported spare parts ”.
2 thousand 300 kinds of spare parts
Saying that they attach great importance to R & D recently in order to increase their competitiveness, Kadir Erdil said that they equipped the machinery park with the latest models and focused on new products considering the demands. Erdil pointed out that they are constantly creating a new product portfolio due to the variability in the product variety and said, “Currently, 2 thousand three hundred kinds of spare parts are produced in our facilities. In addition to TAF, we export a significant portion of our spare parts to the USA, Malaysia, Spain, African countries and Egypt. We aim to expand our markets by increasing the product range. ”
